About Komparilo

Updated: October 30, 2026

Komparilo compares products that people use every day: kitchen tools, chargers, pet supplies, travel accessories and desk gear. The idea is simple. Instead of opening dozens of product pages and lining up the numbers yourself, you get one page that shows how eight models differ on the points that matter, ordered by a comparison score you can trace.

How we work

Komparilo works with data, not in a lab. We have not handled the products and do not run trials of our own. Our editors gather manufacturer specifications, data sheets and the product details in Amazon listings, bring units and terms onto a common footing, and rate every model against the same four weighted criteria. If the data can’t back up a statement, we leave it out, and a missing value is shown as unknown rather than estimated.

Each comparison combines three parts: a ranked list with a comparison score, a table of the key specifications, and a buying guide that explains what to look for in that product type and which model suits whom. Alongside them we publish guides with checklists, such as setting up a desk or packing for a trip.

People and AI

Our texts are created with AI assistance. Software helps us structure data sheets, standardize values and draft text. Before publication, we check each page automatically against the source data (figures, rankings, scores) and run it through a second, independent automated review. We also spot-check pages ourselves and fix errors as soon as we find them or you report them. Editorial responsibility rests with the operator named in the legal notice. The byline “Komparilo Editorial Team” does not stand for invented people.

Independence and funding

Komparilo earns money through commissions from the Amazon Associates program. If you buy through a link labeled “Paid link,” we may receive a commission, and the price you pay does not change. Manufacturers and sellers can’t buy a placement, an award or a text from us. The affiliate disclosure and How we compare give the details.

What you won’t find here

  • no prices or price promises, only a rough price class from entry level to high end
  • no Amazon ratings or review excerpts copied from retailer pages
  • no invented experience reports, expert quotes or seals
  • no paid placements and no sponsored rankings
